While working at iMetrikus, I designed a new section for the existing myhealthchannel Web site. The purpose of the subsite was to promote the new affiliate program where other companies could affiliate themselves with iMetrikus through the use of banner ads.
The affiliate program subsite consisted of four pages (Program Description, Agreement, Application, and Link Options). The Program Description and Agreement pages were text-only pages. The Application page included an online sign-up form. The Link Options page (shown to the left) consisted of a variety of banner ads which I designed (most were animated).
