Rates

We can offer visitors to this Web site a 25% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer, and 15% for shorter stays for our condo, #C-2. We can also offer a 15% discount for other units when ours is full. This discount is only available by contacting us directly via our online form.

  • Low season is from April 1 to December 21.
  • High season is from December 22 to March 31. Starting in 1999, July and August will also be high season.
  • The resort fills to capacity during the winter holidays. As a consequence, we are not able to give any discounts December 19, 1998 through January 3, 1999.
  • These prices are good only through December 20, 1998. The resort has announced a rate increase of $15 per unit effective December 21, 1998. We will continue to offer the same discounts shown, and will post the complete rate sheet soon.

Hawaii adds a room tax of 10.16% to these rates, so don't forget to budget appropriately.
