I personally think that Sawyer Brown should have won vocal group of the year but that doesnt matter because Nashville never thinks that way. And to pay homage to the little guys, Big Red, Jake, and Phil: I Love You Guys.

What is so great about Garth Brooks? Entertainer of the year he ain't. I saw his show in Milwaukee several years ago and he sounded terrible. I hate to use the word sucked, but he was like a hoover with a full bag. How come a great artist like Alan Jackson can be on tour the whole year, and be passed up?? He blew Garth away when I saw him. And regarding Garth's "retirement", good riddance!!

Jason, I don't know the higpoint of the MCA's...but I think the highpoint (surprise) of the CMA's was The Dixie Chicks getting band of the year. The most disappointing thing was Collin Raye being overlooked again this year.
