The
Henry Vilas Zoo is ready to make your visit fun and educational. We are
free, so come visit us as often as you'd like, whenever you'd like!
Visitors can picnic under our Zoo Tent or at picnic tables throughout the zoo grounds. The zoo concession stands serve hot dogs, bratwursts, barbecues, ice cream, beverages, and many other treats. Sorry, grilling is not allowed.
Strollers, wagons and wheel chairs are for rent at concessions, and there are no stairs, just rolling pathways that make the zoo wheelchair accessible and trouble-free!
