Basic Training Video Conference

It's a national satellite video conference. It's live.
It's interactive. It's informative. It's fun.

On March 3, 1999 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Safe Night USA will train thousands of people across the country in how to plan a local Safe Night. This is the chance to bring together organizations and volunteers from your community to get step-by-step instructions and begin organizing Safe Nights in preparation for the national event in June.

During the video conference, participants will:

bullet See successful Safe Nights.
bullet Get great ideas for activities.
bullet Watch conflict resolution demonstrations.
bullet Hear from experienced Safe Night planners of all ages.
bullet Have time for local discussion and planning.
bullet Receive a tool kit for planning a local Safe Night.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in planning a community Safe Night: youth, parents, teachers, health care, social service and law enforcement professionals, members of the faith community and anyone else who cares about kids.
