It's a national satellite video conference. It's live. It's interactive. It's informative. It's fun. Host a downlink site for the Basic Training Video Conference Check for local downlink sites and register as a participant. On March 3, 1999 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Safe Night USA will train thousands of people across the country in how to plan a local Safe Night. This is the chance to bring together organizations and volunteers from your community to get step-by-step instructions and begin organizing Safe Nights in preparation for the national event in June. During the video conference, participants will:   See successful Safe Nights. Get great ideas for activities. Watch conflict resolution demonstrations. Hear from experienced Safe Night planners of all ages. Have time for local discussion and planning. Receive a tool kit for planning a local Safe Night.   Who Should Attend? Anyone interested in planning a community Safe Night: youth, parents, teachers, health care, social service and law enforcement professionals, members of the faith community and anyone else who cares about kids.
