If you are an organization or business with satellite downlink capability, you can bring the Safe Night USA Basic Training Video Conference to your community.

The Role of the Site Facilitator
When you register as a site, you will also be committing to identify a local site facilitator. Here's a list of responsibilities. You may choose to share these tasks with others:

	Arrange for facilities, technician, phone and fax equipment.
	Promote local participation with materials provided by Safe Night USA.
	Copy and distribute participant packets at your site.
	Facilitate introductions and Safe Night planning at your site.
	Collect evaluations.

	Video Conference Participant Brochure
	Site Facilitator Packet
	Participant Packet: A complete tool kit for planning a local Safe Night

Important Notes:
Promotional materials and the web site will identify registered sites. Participant registration and confirmations will be coordinated by Safe Night USA. However, participant promotion by the host site is encouraged.

There will be a small fee for participants to help cover the cost of the videoconference. There is no fee for site registration.
